What do I do if I require support for TPControl, TPTransfer or TPCloud?

Touch Panel Control has a service level agreement in place to support the AMX channel and there are a number of ways that we can be contacted if support is required. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible; the methods in which we can be contacted for support are: - Email - - On-Line Support Ticketing System - this is the preferred method as you will be able to track any issues you have posted as well as being notified on resolutions. - Touch Panel Control Forum at the AMX Forums
